ppbip Terms & Conditions

The ppbip platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Any attempt to register or use the platform by a person under 21 constitutes a material breach of these T&C. ppbip reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, first deposit, first withdrawal, and periodic compliance reviews. If a player is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be void and forfeited.

ppbip is operated and marketed primarily for the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using the platform. ppbip does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. Providing false information about your location or identity to circumvent geographic restrictions constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ppbip. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. Any balances or winnings held in duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited. If you already hold a ppbip account and wish to recover access to it, you must contact support rather than registering a new account.

When registering a ppbip account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. ppbip may conduct identity verification checks using the information provided. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these T&C and will result in account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the breach is confirmed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppbip login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ppbip will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ppbip support immediately. ppbip staff will never request your password — any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported.

ppbip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents (National ID, passport, or other government-issued photo ID) and proof of payment method ownership at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ppbip may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the ppbip Privacy Policy.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or approved local bank transfer. All deposit methods must be owned and registered in your own name — use of third-party payment accounts is not permitted. ppbip does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ppbip aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC requirements. ppbip reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account has unresolved bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance.

ppbip is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering standards. Unusual transaction patterns, structuring of deposits, or use of payment methods inconsistent with your stated profile may trigger an enhanced due diligence review. During any such review, ppbip may freeze withdrawal access to the relevant account. ppbip reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Funds reasonably suspected of being the proceeds of criminal activity will be frozen and may be forfeited.

All bonuses issued by ppbip are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer's terms. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly communicated at the time each bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus — any unused bonus and associated winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

ppbip actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk or exploit low-margin betting combinations to satisfy wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to abuse promotions. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent account suspension at ppbip's sole discretion.

You must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity in connection with the ppbip platform, including but not limited to: using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits already used for wagering; providing false identity or financial documentation; attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. ppbip uses automated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to withhold winnings and close accounts where fraud is detected or reasonably suspected.

You must not use any automated software, bot, script, macro, or other artificial means to interact with the ppbip platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, spinning slots, collecting bonus offers, or scraping data. Use of automated systems gives an unfair advantage over other players and undermines the integrity of the platform. Any account found to be using automated systems will be permanently closed and any winnings generated through automated play will be voided.

In the event of a software error, malfunction, or system error that results in incorrect game outcomes, inflated odds, or erroneously credited funds, ppbip reserves the right to void all bets and transactions affected by the error and to recover any amounts incorrectly credited to player accounts. You are obliged to report any software error you become aware of to ppbip support promptly. Exploiting a known software error rather than reporting it will be treated as a breach of these T&C equivalent to fraud.
